Improving my Sleep with Endy

I juggle many roles - daughter to an aging father, wife, mother, nurse, event/wedding planner to devastated couples during the global pandemic, content creator, and friend.

To say my body is exhausted on most days would be an understatement. In order to repair and reset my mind and body, a good night’s sleep is essential for me.

Last year I was also diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia - this is a sleeping disorder that can cause excessive fatigue and sleepiness ultimately leading to low energy levels. My neurologist recommended a sleep hygiene routine to train my mind and my body.

One of the easiest changes I was able to make to my sleep hygiene was switching out my mattress to an Endy, which has fit into my routine perfectly. Endy is a Canadian company that produces an amazing mattress in a box experience. Prior to trying it out myself, I read many amazing reviews about the Canadian-made mattress and it has definitely lived up my high expectations

I’ve never owned a mattress in a box before Endy. I’ve always previously purchased bulky pillow top mattresses that never provided me with the support I need for my back. My Endy is comfortable, yet supportive. It is made with Comfort Foam that is temperature neutral, so the feel and firmness is always right all year round.

My absolute favourite feature is that the Endy minimizes motion transfer. My husband is a tosser at night! I finally can enjoy my sleep, peacefully without feeling every toss and turn he makes.

If you're contemplating getting an Endy mattress yourself, don’t think twice about it - especially because they offer a 100-night trial to see if it’s the right fit for you. And I’d highly recommend trying their pillows as well. Because let’s be real, what’s a good mattress without a good pillow for the head, neck, and back support and alignment (and that’s nurse Grace talking).
